Who is this program right for?

What if I've never done a detox before?
Perfect! This program is designed for both beginners and those with previous detox experience. Our step-by-step guidance, live support calls, and comprehensive materials make it easy to follow—no prior experience needed.
Can I do this program if I have dietary restrictions?
The program is built around whole foods and can accommodate many dietary needs. Please note any allergies or restrictions in your registration form. The Metagenics supplements contain pea and rice protein. If you have specific concerns, our NP will review during screening.
What's the time commitment?
Beyond following the nutrition protocol (meal prep similar to your usual routine), plan for four 60-minute Zoom calls throughout the program. The optional final 1-on-1 with our NP is 30 minutes. Most participants find the structure actually saves time by eliminating decision fatigue.
When will my detox box arrive?
Detox boxes ship the week of December 30, 2025, ensuring arrival before the January 5 program start. You'll receive tracking information via email.
What if I can't attend the live Zoom calls?
While we highly recommend attending live for the full experience and community support, all calls are recorded and available within 24 hours for those who can't make it.
Can I do this program while working full-time?
Absolutely! The program is designed for busy professionals. All Zoom calls are at 7pm EST to accommodate work schedules. The meal plan doesn't require excessive cooking time, and many participants report increased productivity during the detox.
